KOCHI: Dolphy Jose has been appointed as whole-time director (Executive Director) on the board of South Indian Bank Ltd (SIB).
The bank said in a statement that a meeting of the board of directors of the bank will be convened in due course, inter alia to approve the appointment of Dolphy Jose as the whole-time director (Executive Director) of the bank. “The approval of the shareholders shall be obtained thereafter as per the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations,” the statement added.
